When we started back in 2002, I mean, there were only like three or four production breweries.

There was a couple brew pubs in the state of Georgia.

And just to watch the evolution of what's happened with craft beer across the country and where the South was just so far behind early on.

It's just really awesome to be part of the pioneering aspect of that, knowing what was happening in Colorado and California and Oregon, and to be on the ground floor here in Georgia and try to shape the landscape of what more aggressive craft beer could be like.

You had to take a risk with some of these beers.

Absolutely.
