Why expand right now and what are the challenges that come with expanding, especially when you're going outside of Utah? So now you're working with a different state and different communities, those who may not necessarily have the sort of brand identity with Primary Children's that's been here as long as I've been alive and probably as long as my parents have been alive.

Well, I think part of it is the fact that Intermountain Health is in a lot of states.

And when we're in those states and we have local facilities and local physician clinics, and we may not have children's care in that particular place, the first thing we start with from a children's perspective is what does that local community need? Intermountain is there, Select Health might be there, and we're involved in the healthcare conversation in that community already.

We're local even though we're not local.
23:24
And when we start to have that conversation in a place like Las Vegas, you realize Las Vegas is the largest city in the country without a freestanding dedicated children's hospital.
23:35
And it's because it's a tough market.
23:37
Economically, it's a tough market.

I wonder what is the biggest sort of external challenge that you're dealing with at this time? And how would you want to see that be addressed?
