I, I can say living in the, the Southeast, taking care of a large, uh, diabetic population, my, m-many of my patients wouldn't qualify based on their systemic c-uh, control alone for some of these trials, and, and we know that that does impact also their, their eye health, so I think there's, that's certainly part of it.

Um, we aren't extending patients necessarily on this regimented, you know, schedule that we do in a trial.

Oftentimes, they are extending themselves, as you mentioned, you know, working age patients, and so we're often having this kind of...

And we talk about this in AMD as well, this seesaw effect, like they're controlled for a little while, then they're not, and they come back after, you know, six months, and we are almost starting from scratch.

So there was definitely a need for durability.
