couple of
20:19
smaller gigs with a couple of smaller publishing houses.
20:22
And my thinking was that I could – it was going to be my side gig.
20:27
I would do that in the evenings while I had my jobs during the day, and I could draw at night.
20:33
But it slowly took over, and my very first – penciling job was a wolverine i mean on a big from a big publisher was wolverine for marvel i had submitted uh some stuff over there and then all of a sudden my comic book career took off um very weird route because uh before that i had worked on some pretty big movies i did some uh if you ever saw stallone's cliffhanger i did some of the storyboards on that i did some storyboards on some other big movies that i worked on a whole bunch of music videos i did i worked on all the nwa music videos straight out of compton's and all of those and a whole bunch of other ones uh They all sound really cool, but a lot of that stuff was shot in the middle of the night with no licenses, and you were just jumping out of a van taking pictures and stuff.
21:26
But it was a great learning ground, both for story, seeing how things were visually put together, and also just kind of drenched in pop art, I suppose that would be the best term for it.
21:42
It's a bit of a catch-all phrase.

20 MINS LATER

42:12
But what, what, Obviously, like Ben 10 has been successful, but why give that behind the scenes or under the curtain sort of look?
39:40
And real quick, uh, Duncan, was there anything you wanted to plug?
39:44
Well, I can't talk too much about it.
39:46
I, but it had been announced.
39:48
But, uh, we are also working on another Ben 10 project.
39:51
It's in the a- ancillary kind of ideas.
39:53
It's a, a, a TTRPG.
39:56
And so I've been, uh, spearing that.
41:33
Uh, but while we're waiting, uh, what are you guys drinking? What's going on this evening?
