And for you and your partners, how are workforce or supply chain availability factoring into the projects that are getting started?

Yeah, we get a lot of questions on that as well.

I think when it comes to craft, what I would say is it takes a journeyman to build a journeyman.

You can't throw money at it.

We've invested probably $200 million a year since 2009.

And it's not something you can throw $100 million and think you're going to have a journeyman the next day.

We've all done a good job as an industry building people and working on workforce development where we hire about 25% of our workforce from the military.
