And I think what was clear as we worked through some of what the potential is, is just how much thinking about the operating model of the business you need to do and how much you could

start now on just to kind of echo and build on what annie said there really this is one of the opportunities so again certainly in middle and back office i think for ai and even pure automation to to annie's point earlier which is he can go best of breed and then he can overlay it with you know agents kind of filling in the gaps almost right so which is pretty bread and butter for us, whether it's in onboarding, compliance credentialing, all the way into VMS platforms, payroll, invoicing, and so on.

That really opens up this opportunity.

I think it's reasonably commonly accepted that the application layer itself is somewhat in danger of being disrupted because now you do have the ability to have agents going in and out of different platforms so you can take advantage of the best of breed, but then have that layer on top that can really bring it all together.

I think, again, to echo what Annie is saying, the automation part shouldn't be underestimated.

Lots of people think it has to be AI.

The reality is from a governance perspective, It's really important if you talk about, as we just did, some of these workflows that I mentioned, you can't afford for bots to go rogue, start to hallucinate, etc.

What do you see as the differentiator for businesses around the tech platform in this new world? Because we just talked about the product market changing.
