yeah like you say when you're younger you're thinking about winning trophies but have you got more respect for for people that have had such long careers now that you've enjoyed it yourself and you know that it takes a lot of hard work to be able to have the longevity that you've had

Yeah, definitely, you know, the sacrifice, the looking after yourself, making sure that you're available all the time.

And I think sacrifice is really the biggest one for me.

Obviously, there's other players within the league that have had amazing long careers as well.

And you know how hard it is to take to keep that motivation as well after doing it for so many seasons.

So, yeah, definitely a massive amount of respect for other players as well.

Have you kind of learned more about that side of things as you've gone on and do you take more care in that side of things now than maybe you did when you were younger? Definitely, I feel like

Right now, I'm probably in the best shape that I've been in.
