What do you feel is still very much within the control of the developer right now?
33:03
Yeah, that's a good one.
33:06
I think it maybe gets to later things we'll talk about.
33:10
I think, you know, how we engage, and it kind of picks up on things that Robin and Carlispa said, like how we engage with communities, how we engage with the public is still very much in our control, and it matters, right? Sure.
33:22
what how we interact and the the rapport we build the trust we build like that amplifies and we've seen lessons when we don't do that about like how that takes time to overcome that i think that's still very much in our control and then how we approach these as developers like building portfolios that are resilient that are balanced that enable you to absorb the uncertainties is is to me a key part of being a developer these days.
33:48
You probably never had the luxury, but you certainly don't have the luxury anymore of having one or two or three projects you really love and holding onto those things.
33:57
There's too much uncertainty.
35:06
What do you feel solar solar developers right now consistently misunderstand about the local resistance to these projects? And can you enunciate the variables that you're working to overcome in those markets?
9:31
What are the challenges that you're anticipating associated with this new direction going into geothermal compared to what you were doing previously?
9:40
Yeah, I'll start and you can take that in different directions if I'm not going where you want to go.
9:46
But yeah, I think we are very comfortable and feel like we have a really strong track record of knowing how to work through the elements of power projects that are kind of common no matter the source.
9:57
So again, can you identify the resource? Can you...
10:01
secure the land? Can you permit the project? Can you get it interconnected to the grid? Can you sell that power? Yeah, there's in the solar world, you have a pretty good understanding that the sun is going to shine a certain amount of the year and you have a pretty good understanding how much power that's going to make.
10:15
And that's a different dynamic here.
10:17
Certainly like understanding that subsurface world has been a new area.

Walking through any type of problem solving, you see something, you solve it, usually it causes or creates another discovered problem and then you just have to fix that one and I think that's
