Can you go back to the question of of Ben and the growth? What are the bottlenecks you face going forward and pushback publicly in particular? And then where kind of fair share plus fits in all of that and why that maybe that's different than other places?
18:54
Yeah, that's a great question.
18:55
I'll just talk a little bit about what we're doing versus what you might see in some of the other markets.
19:03
And I think market structure has a lot to do with this.
19:07
We are still a vertically integrated, rate-regulated marketplace, which means we have generation, we have transmission, we have the RTO interface, we have the retail access component.
19:22
If you go to a different market like PJM, all those things are broken up.
19:26
And if you are a hyperscaler looking for a place to build a data center and you go to PJM, well, you have to interface with four different parties to get those things done.

16 MINS LATER

35:25
There's so much potential if you can move that forward.
40:37
How much will this matter to the people of an area where literally the reservoir is called Poverty Point?
40:46
Brian, thanks for having me on.
40:48
It's great to see you all again.
40:50
It's going to be a massive, massive improvement in the local economy there.
40:54
Already they're seeing the effects of it.
40:56
Richland Parish sales tax collections are up triple digits over last year.
41:03
And as you mentioned, that's given rise to things like the teachers getting up to $50,000 bonuses this year.
42:31
What's the difference?
37:44
Yeah
37:44
... you know, coming out of Texas and in Louisiana.
37:47
There are pipelines going all over the place.
37:48
We had a map, uh, in our materials today for our analysts that talked about all the intersecting pipelines.
37:54
At many points we're, we are buil- you know, we have 10% of the nation's natural gas supply on a daily basis flowing right past, uh, a particular site.
38:35
Okay.
38:35
And certainly the data centers and the things that they are doing with that, there's a lot of economic value in all that.
38:41
We are gonna get a rate regulator return, and they know that.
