So why don't you just tell us what you're doing over there?

Yeah, well, thank you so much for having me.

We are – I was there 2015 through 2020 until the COVID times came as a talent buyer for the venue.

And it was where I really grew into my – my skin, so to speak, with concerts that are national, international touring acts.

And I really wanted to see the venue come back.

And during COVID times, we were just kind of searching for some spot that could fill that void.

And it ended up being the exact spot that we left.

So tell us like how you have upgraded the space from what it was when it was Atomic Cowboy.
