48:19
Okay.
48:19
In, in 2018, Trump passed two executive orders, it was his 75th that year and his 83rd that year, and, to do with elections.
48:28
And the 75th established a committee led by Pence to examine the 2016 election and allegations of election fraud and interference.
48:38
And that only lasted about six months.
48:41
Pence disbanded that.
48:43
When that happened, Trump started Space Force.
48:46
Think about that.

9 MINS LATER

RickHOST
58:02
Right.
52:17
What does that mean? What are we talking about? Let's just start right there.
52:22
So let me start at the end and then give you the.
52:24
Sure.
52:25
And what happened was last night in the Shelby County County Commissioner meeting, which was wonderful, by the way.
52:31
I'm impressed.
52:31
I go to a lot of commissioner meetings.
52:33
You guys have pretty good county commission.

10 MINS LATER

62:51
What?
5:31
Mm.
5:31
In other words, we bring them the evidence.
5:33
And the reason...
5:34
I'm not saying the clerks are bad people.
5:36
They're good people.
5:37
But the reason they're in this situation is because it's not them managing their own rolls.
5:42
Your voter rolls are in Omaha, Nebraska.

12 MINS LATER

17:47
$40,000.
18:53
What should we be looking at if we want to find the flaws that are there and probably have been there for decades? I think the most
19:01
obvious thing that's happened recently is Judicial Watch sued your state.
19:07
won the lawsuit, proved in court that your voter rolls were out of compliance with federal law as well as your own state law, and the court ordered Tobias Reed to remove 800,000 people from your rolls.
19:20
And that's a significant number in your voter rolls.
19:25
Ironically, over a year ago, I was touring through Oregon and I was showing everybody you needed to remove at least 700,000.
19:32
So I'm not such a wackadoodle after all.
19:36
And that is the starting point of the fraud in Oregon.
20:18
And if those were already dirty registrations, ones that weren't valid for one reason or another, You've got a seriously messed up system when more than a quarter and less than a third of all the voters on the books at the point of the Judicial Watch lawsuit were flawed.
7:53
When you have 4 million extra people, I mean, what could possibly go wrong with that?
7:59
Yeah, they've got your system in your state.
8:02
They never remove anybody from the roles.
8:04
They just make them inactive.
8:06
Or if somebody's deceased, it'll say right there in the roles they're deceased.
8:10
The problem with that is it leaves behind a credit line of names that can be reactivated.
8:15
And what I do is I'll show you how many people are being added and removed from your voter rolls on a regular basis.

5 MINS LATER

13:33
What's the best way to follow up with you?
NadineHOST
57:35
So let's go ahead and dig into that a little bit more.
57:38
Yeah, this is...
57:41
This is like a pivoting point in my life.
57:44
It's really shook me up and really raised my level of awareness.
57:50
And you would think, your level of awareness? Dr.
57:52
Frank, you've been all over the country.
57:53
You should already be aware.

29 MINS LATER

NadineHOST
87:22
Before I forget, again, I was curious, what was the scientific discovery that you had that you were nominated for the Nobel Prize?
34:04
How was it stolen h- in Korea the same as here in the United States, and how'd you get involved?
34:09
I got, I got involved because, um, H- Hwang Kyo-ahn, former prime minister, went to CPAC and w- he was desperately looking for help.
34:18
And he met Mike Lindell there, and Mike called me and said, "Would you talk to their election team?" I talked to their election team and they said, "Please, yes, come out and help.
34:27
We need your help." So I f- flew to South Korea before their early days of voting.
34:33
They have two early days of voting and then there's a break, and then they have the election day.
34:37
Expecting to, like, being all Mr.
34:39
Data Analysis guy, you know, gather all the data, download, analyze, and I was doing that.
37:10
Yeah.
20:17
Is there something going on, and, and what should we look for?
20:21
Yes.
20:22
The problem in your state is that there are multiple ways to get registered, and all of those systems are basically constantly re-registering you.
20:31
If you get welfare, if you go to jail, and as you mentioned, if you get a driver's license, or let's say you renew your car registration, any government agency you touch automatically re-re-registers you to vote.
20:45
And when it's automatic, of course, they can't ask you what party you wanna be.
20:49
And so what happens is all these systems are constantly re-registering you, and then on the other end, there's the software that's trying to reconcile, "Okay, Lars Larson, he's already registered.
20:59
Okay, h- which, which party affiliation do we keep? The previous one? This one? How do we bring in his old voter history?" All these systems have to work together, and they don't work well.
23:06
Well-
