If I think about, in my organization, on average, it could be roughly 40% of an- of an- of employees, brothers and sisters in Christ, that are non-engaged.

We, we often ask that when we do training events.

We'll, we'll throw out that number, and sometimes there'll be applause.

I mean, 61%, most folks know about the annual Gallup number that gets publicized highly about the percent of, of engaged employees in the US workplace.

Obviously, that's a, a secular workplace model, um, being around, what, 31, 32%.

So they hear 61 and they're like, "Wow, that's amazing." And it is amazing.
