me? It first starts with...

my parents getting me into this program.

I was at the Middlebury College Snow Bowl, this tiny little ski hill, and we had a ski club.

And how great was that? That's the first step.

I fell in love with the sport.

I got to be on the hill, be in the mountains, push myself, fail a lot, be with a group.

So what was the birth of Elite Team and why? And how have you grown it? What was its purpose then? And how has it grown over time?

Number one, accept them.

They're gonna come.

They're gonna be 90 seconds.

And so that awareness, "Oh, here it comes.

I'm getting flushed.

I can't breathe.

Dang.
