Anthony TirrellHOST
Going back to the question of what the zoning code is and how it affects residents' daily lives, I mean, I imagine most residents don't see in quotes there the zoning code, but they're interacting with it more than they know.

Doug KalerGUEST
So the zoning code basically determines what uses can happen on any property in the city.

Doug KalerGUEST
So if you're a resident and you have a single family home, you notice that all the other properties around you are probably single family homes and the zoning code is what's defining that.

Doug KalerGUEST
It's obvious that most people, if you have a home, don't want to be surrounded by industrial properties.
