You know what? The first step in any healing is forgiveness, is forgiveness.

'Cause it's hard to heal without forgiveness, 'cause if you don't forgive, you're gonna carry that bitterness, that resentment with you.

You're gonna eat it for breakfast and, you know, mix it in with your coffee.

So you gotta do the hard work of forgiveness.
