Do you think perhaps that provides maybe more of a heightened public interest on these items on their ballot?
3:25
Thanks, Gina, for that, and thank you.
3:28
I also served, before I came on JPR nearly 11 years ago now, I also served on the Maricopa Trial Court Commission, which is the nominating commission for here in Maricopa County, and then I served on the Appellate Court Commission.
3:40
What we've seen in JPR here in the last, let's say, four to six years, there has been heightened scrutiny on the judiciary.
3:49
We see that across the country from the U.S. Supreme Court.
3:53
uh, justices that, uh, going, going through their confirmation process.
3:57
And it's trickled down, uh, here into the state of Arizona.
6:47
What are those factors? What are you looking at?
3:27
...investigation.
3:27
So you have, so you have, you have all of these other entities that are also running investigations and, and you're working with the same database a-and group of documents.
3:38
So it becomes, you know, just from, from, uh, an integrity o-of those other investigations, becomes very difficult to do a data dump from one investigation while those other investigations are going on.
3:50
But, you know, the big picture is here.
3:52
It is now September.
3:54
Early ballots are about thirty days from being mailed, which means that's when the election starts, and, you know, everything becomes hyper political.
4:01
This has been going on for years and, you know, no one's been able to draw to date a direct line, uh, to Governor Hobbs.

FDR, yeah
