Vaguely.

So a school board in Tennessee, one of them has a, they have a high school student that's a representative on the board.

And this female student, 16 years old or so, finished giving a report, you know, hey, we had this, we had this, we had this.

And, and she's on the board like, you know, at the table, and the elected 59 year old man school board member sitting next to her looks at her in this public meeting and says, God, you're hot.

Where'd you go to school, and he puts his arm around her and pulls her in for a hug.

And nobody else in the room, nobody at the table, nobody says anything whatsoever, including the superintendent sitting right on the other side of her.

Now, I bet, I really truly believe from the bottom of my heart that if an hour before that you'd interviewed every single school board member and put them on camera, they would have said, we're here for the students to make sure they have a safe environment, that they feel comfortable, that they are spoken to appropriately, and we care for them and provide a nurturing environment.

What would you want that leader to understand about what comes next?
