Dorothy ByerlyGUEST
So during your talk, this reminded me of a case I worked with, with a javelin thrower.

Dorothy ByerlyGUEST
Do you think some of these, while it's not baseball, do you think some of these force principles and biomechanical application examples, do you think those could apply in a case like that?
6 MINS LATER

Dorothy ByerlyGUEST
So in your high, I would say more high school athletes that might not be as compliant with certain training programs that might not notice the benefit in these, in your presentation, you noted these small details.

Dorothy ByerlyGUEST
How would you go about kind of explaining the importance of like your foot being in the exact right place and your arm reaching or the sequencing being in this exact same way to maximize their performance? How do you go about explaining the benefits to them so they understand note it in their training and they'll actually perform it well.
