Sure.
5:08
Well, usually when people get together, they have an idea and they want to know if others are interested.
5:13
So they find some like-minded people and they feel like they're just doing a good thing, right? So as long as everybody is sharing the collection of money, say you're going to go on a field trip or do something and it requires some money and the facility will only take a lump sum payment.
5:30
And provided you're alternating who collects the money and makes the payment, then you can just be operating as a group of friends and you're small.
5:40
The place where you start to question whether that's going to continue to work is when you start adding more people.
5:50
And if you're being selective about who you add, or if one person says, well, you know, I'll just collect the money.
5:57
At the point where you say one person is just collecting the money and making the arrangements, then you are operating with a legal structure as a sole proprietor.

So that's a great lead in because would you share with us, what are the types of services that you offer? Like you different packages or how do you, how do you work?
