And it was actually one of the first recipes we made.

It's called chichilo, and it's a mole that's very specific to Tlacolula de Matamoros in Oaxaca.

And so this mole, the woman who... wrote the recipe or who did the recipe.

Her name is Angelina and she is a Zapotec indigenous person.

And she told us a wonderful story on how this mole is a funeral mole.
