It's a busy little office in place here.

Hi, I'm Dora Lopez, and I've been out here since 1998, and I came out here also looking for better opportunities, pension, benefits.

I work in the underground tool crib, and what I do there is I issue out tools.

to the different groups, could be the electricians, mechanics.

INC also works down there, which is related to Dora's part.

And it can be slow some days, but then it all depends on the jobs that are being performed for that day, and it can get pretty busy.

And then how common is it for women to work at this site? And have there been, are there any specific challenges like getting safety equipment that fits you? Like, what is it like to be a woman in this industry? Okay,

I'll answer a little bit of that one.
