So there are two documents that, uh, uh, that I, I suppose that I would look for and that the solicitor on the other side would look for to be completed at the very beginning, and those documents are an affidavit of means.

So an affidavit of means is where you set out everything that affects your family financially.

So you put in all your assets, whether they be a car, a bank account, a family home, and you'd put in all your liabilities, so any debts you have, such as credit card or loans, and then you would put in, um, I suppose, uh, anything to do with your pension, if you pension, what the pen- what the pension is, and then you would also put in your day-to-day expenses.

So there would be a weekly breakdown of what those expenses are.
