Tell me about your background, Donna, in hospitality.

So I went to college in business management and studied food preparation and dietetics.

I was going to go into dietetics, but I worked in banks and offices, so I had more of that secretarial business background.

But I've always maintained some food service side jobs and part-time jobs, waitressing, cashiering, working banquet services.

And it was actually working banquet services at Holiday Inn North in Springfield.

where through a group of friends that when you're in hospitality, a lot of times after hours, after work, people go out and socialize and wind down the night together.

And so we had some mutual friends.
