Mm-hmm.
10:05
Not talking about it conceptually, but actually, like, what's happening with the fingernail, what's happening with part of the scalp, what...
10:11
I mean, it, it's a little gruesome, but it, it sets the stage for what's an example of a framework that is used in one domain.
10:19
And again, it's not gonna say that we're all gonna, you know, kind of start creating something that's so nitty-gritty yet at the investment committee level.
10:25
But it starts people's minds understanding that, oh, well, process and procedure that is replicatable from situation to situation to situation to situation is a, is a foundational aspect of what this is.
10:37
So for instance, outside of medicine, if there is an aircraft incident, let's say there's a crash, right? In the U.S., you'd have the FAA, the NTSB, you'd have the aircraft manufacturer, the engine manufacturer, the airline, likely some state agencies, right, and a host of other stakeholders, um, including probably the risk carriers that were involved, all evaluating this, this situation.
11:02
And this, these types of situations happen with a high degree of frequency, right? Um, and so what is a reliable, um, checklistable procedure that is kind of done here so that it's not like each time you're trying to recreate the wheel of what the evaluation or the analysis is.
