So it's, you know, 10 to 25 different separate restaurants.

They might just be stalls, but it's kind of like food trucks without the trucks.

They're separate businesses, and there's somebody who makes the Indian food, there's somebody who makes the seafood.

They're different people with different kitchens, and different re- obviously, different recipes.

But different ingredients, probably different suppliers.
