We have to have minority businesses that are part of supply chains.

We have to depend on minority-owned businesses to sell goods and services to our government, uh, to our people.

We saw that during the pandemic, Bishop Jakes, when entire markets overseas were shut down because of the pandemic.

Companies that invested in diverse supply chains, and I don't just mean racial and ethnic diversity-

Anytime the middle class is stable, the country is stable, and we do much better.
