Neil C. HughesHOST
And I'm curious, from all the conversations with people you're having all around the world, are there any trends in the kind of things that businesses are asking for help with, whether it be, I don't know, seamless integration, visual editing, collaborative workflows that power both technical and creative teams, or is it something else? What are people mostly asking for help with at the moment when they come to your door?

Dominik AngererGUEST
So right now, they have a lot of fear around the changing landscape of AI and where people are going for answers, where people are going for sites because traffic is declining, but signups are there and conversion rates are actually better.

Dominik AngererGUEST
And that's when they come to us because, hey, we are a content management system.

Dominik AngererGUEST
You need to work with companies that most likely have the same problems that I do, right? So that's when they come to us.

Neil C. HughesHOST
There will be a lot of people that have started to be woken up by this, but how are more forward-thinking companies, how are they already preparing for the next wave of content delivery across so many emerging platforms? What are they doing right? Are there any stories that you can share of companies that just seem to get it? You don't have to mention any names, but any examples there?

So like going back to eight years ago, did you launch both with PLG and sales led or did you bring one in like after the other?

Dominik AngererGUEST
So we started with PLG and I have to be honest, Alex, we did not start at Storyblock to build a business in the first, like, at the root of Storyblock, there was not a business idea, to be fully honest.

Dominik AngererGUEST
So my co-founder, which is also named Alex, and I were both part of that agency.

Dominik AngererGUEST
And We were using this enterprise content management system from the Austrian Press Agency at the time for all of our clients.

Dominik AngererGUEST
And we're talking customers like Adidas, Reebok, Silhouette and similar like large B2B and B2C companies that were using the solutions that we built on top of that.

Dominik AngererGUEST
Instead of fixing a bug where we send a report to them, hey, please fix it.

sectors and industries and you know it certainly is having a I would say a big and positive impact in B2B software in SAS right now you started the company eight years ago so if you don't mind me calling you a traditional SAS company When did you start thinking about AI? What is your AI strategy? Are you, you know, looking at becoming AI first, sort of AI native? Like, we'd love to learn more about that.
