I'm actually working on the 2026 executive summary.

And I went back to 2025, 24, 23.

This is like an internal memo I do.

I started to do in the last few years.

And I've had them town halls and whatnot over time.

And then the other side of that, I think you've probably learned quite a few hard, tough, painful lessons over those seven years, or like the biggest ones.
