decade

oh man i feel like the way it's even just developed has been beyond what i i would have never thought any of this was gonna happen 10 years ago like 10 years ago i was like 17 18 years old just getting started within this space never would have thought it would have been such an impactful you know space in my life and i can only imagine what the next 10 years is going to look like i could have if you would have asked me back when i was 17 if I would have been a co-executive director of my own nonprofit and worked with the person that I had just met two summers ago who was mentoring me and I was entering for, that we were gonna develop such a great relationship and spin off a space that I was working in toward a nonprofit.

the heck no way like that's literally crazy and so being able to you know reflect on that and see that I can I have no idea like what the next 10 years will look like but I know what I do know is that it's gonna be impactful and I know it's going there's gonna be somebody that you know that's going to be like me and experience this space for the first time.

And it's going to have that spark in them and put them in a trajectory that they never would have thought they belonged in.

And I hope that in the next 10 years, that next person is able to kind of grow up in the same way that I did throughout this space.

And who knows, maybe they'll take over in 10 years.

Maybe an intern that's here right now is going to be the next executive director and is going to take over this space.
