So, yeah, I began in local government 28 years ago.

Yes, I did start when I was 21.

I know I look very young, but I began in the city of Lake Jackson, which is where it's by the coast.

And I was the superintendent.

secretary to the city manager.

And my city manager saw something in me that I didn't even see in myself at that time.

So how do you balance your time between, I know you have several, it sounds like you have several different roles, but how do you balance the city secretary functions with your assistant city manager?
