How do you think about working with brokerages and where they can start to find ROI, where they can start to make progress in terms of automating parts of their workflows, parts of their business?

Christina and Wendy and team, they've been fantastic.

We've actually built so much of the product under their guidance.

So it is great to have people lean in and actually talk to us about what your problem is and help shape the product.

So for them and many of our early brokerages partners, the biggest problem is they have a huge operating expense in terms of the administrators, processors, and others who are all touching the documents, so to speak, in different parts of the journey.

So one of the first things we worked with them on is automating most of the compliance work that happens.

Like, where do you see these AI integrations in the brokerage, in the real estate ecosystem? Where do you see that going in these coming years?

So I'm glad that nobody's outside my house right now.

Yeah, so on the use cases, the first one we leaned into was mostly in partnership with our brokerages.

What is the biggest pain point you have and how do we solve it? And the thing that kept coming up over and over again is the processing of documents is a very manually intensive problem.

And the only solutions that's out there today is like you have systems where you store the document.

But after that, it's pretty much everything is human labor, right? So as an example, if you want to make sure if your transaction is compliant, you want to see if all the right people have signed the document.

or if a house was built before 1978, or there is a lead disclosure that went out, right? And there's like a whole suite of things that happen that you have your processes who are reviewing.

As an example, like one of our early customers, they had people on their team who'd block out like five hours every single day.
