Um, [clears throat] do you find it easy or difficult to build trust and relationships when you're in different countries, different cultures?

Dion AngoveGUEST
I think, first off, it's hard to just, just to t-t-trackback, not about the country's specific situation, but building relationships with clients, I find it difficult within...

Dion AngoveGUEST
Not difficult myself, but difficult because the industry has had a bad name, or the profession has had a bad name, okay? Especially in the international side, because there's obviously commission-paying products, those kind of things that have been unfortunately pushed onto clients, and those are issues which people can read about and see online, et cetera, and they hear the horror stories all the time.

Dion AngoveGUEST
So first off, you're starting, you know, way back, right? You have to really build trust.

Dion AngoveGUEST
Also, you know, the, the other difficult part is virtual because, you know, a lot of my clients are global or in different jurisdictions, or a lot of them are in the UK, but, but the same time, it's-- we, we do most of the stuff virtual, so it, it's harder to build that trust.

Dion AngoveGUEST
Now, I do do shows where we, you know, do seminars and et cetera, and we can speak to clients face to face, and that normally, um, is a lot more efficient.

Dion AngoveGUEST
You know, a client, the trust builds instantly, um, because they've seen you, they f- you know, they know you exist.

Do, uh, do you find, um, Dion, as your, as a relationship develops with the client, that you need to change the way you work with them, or is it always the same?
