When you drive into the state of Colorado, what color is it? It's brown because we have these golden, beautiful prairie landscapes, and that's a majority of Creeley and also of Colorado too.

And so think about that as our landscapes need to evolve in a vision.

It's not wall-to-wall turf that we water all the time, but we want something that's a little bit more sustainable.
