So the, the concept of teshuvah's so powerful as it is, and how does that tie up, tie into the concepts of kapara and tahara that are also atonement and purity that are also so prominent in Yom Kippur?

So I guess going into Yom Kippur, sort of like the, what we're supposed to do is the process of teshuvah, right, the, the charata, the regretting what we did, the vidui, the saying out loud what we did is such a big focus of Yom Kippur, and the kabbala al ha-atid, the, you know, a- accepting upon ourselves that we're gonna do our best not to do it again.

Um, it's because that, uh, what, what it means is when someone says halakhic infertility, what they are referring to is that they are ovulating before they get to the mikvah.

If they're certain Sephardim, it's four days, Ashkenazim or other Sephardim, five days, and then their shivah nekiah, their seven clean days, and then go to the mikvah, so that's 11 or 12 days.
