[clears throat] is something we can avoid.
0:01
The other thing I wanna, uh, draw your attention to is, [clears throat] there are a number of unexplained patterns of illness in young people, including stroke and hearing loss, that could very well be a- tied with, um, what's going on with their exposures to wireless radiation.
0:26
So I'm, I'm going to have to say th- thank you to my distinguished colleagues, and I would like to suggest that what we can do here, because there are so many questions that have been raised, is if you will send us the questions we've not answered, then EH Trust in the next month will put up a section on our website where we will answer them under Qs and As, and Dr.
0:49
Brown and Dr. Chamberlain and I can try to answer these questions.
0:53
Um, about the most important thing is distance is your friend.
0:58
That's the most important thing we can tell you.
3:38
Mm-hmm
3:38
... wired ethernet to connect to the internet.
0:00
Uh, yards away from the home, but sometimes it's located directly on the roof right over the bedroom, which would of course be the worst possible place.
0:09
Because you wanna keep your sleeping area, as Dr.
0:12
Brown indicated, free of wireless radiation because wireless radiation interferes with melatonin, and melatonin helps repair damage that can happen to our cells just from being alive, just from breathing oxygen and sunlight.
0:29
These things naturally occur, and they cause damage.
0:33
And if you sleep at night in the dark away from wireless radiation, you've created a sleep sanctuary which will be conducive to increasing your levels of melatonin, and melatonin is being studied in cancer centers around the world for its anti-cancer properties.
0:51
So we know that you want melatonin to be produced, and we know that wireless radiation can interfere with it.

6 MINS LATER

7:26
Mm-hmm.
7:26
Young children should not have time in front of screens.
MichaelHOST
4:06
That, that'd be great.
4:07
Well, there's a question about what we can expect from Robert Kennedy Jr., and I think the answer is it all depends on what he'll be allowed to do, because there is a contradiction inherent in, uh, the Trump cabinet.
4:21
You have, uh, Robert Kennedy, Secretary of HHS, Health and Human Services, who wants to improve the food supply, uh, who is aware of the dangers of wireless radiation, and at the same time you've got other members of the same cabinet that want to promote, uh, the industrialization of agriculture and the continued, um, changes in public education.
4:49
Um, what Dr. Chamberlain did not mention to you is that he's also been, and is currently, head of a school board, so he understands the practical challenges that school boards face.
5:02
And at Environmental Health Trust has a whole section of materials on why and how schools, number one, do not need wireless, and number two, how they can install systems, uh, that are wired, and there have been a number of groups that have reported and commented on, on how to do this.
5:23
Um, as to how bad is Starlink, again, I think, uh, that I'll, I'll let, um, Professor Chamberlain, our president, answer that question.
5:33
Um, but distance is the big issue, right? And if you think about the strength of the signal required to get thousands of miles, um, uh, you know, it's, it's really a challenge to the world to figure out how do we, um, allow people to be better connected without exposing them to, um, levels that can be, uh, dangerous? And the short answer is we can't, that there's a trade-off that has to be, uh, acknowledged here.

9 MINS LATER

MichaelHOST
14:40
Sure.
0:00
might be emitting radiation nowadays, and you would not necessarily know it.
0:04
There is one question I'd like to ask all of you.
0:07
There's a question here.
0:08
Are EMF-free earbuds safe? I cannot imagine there's any such thing as EMF-free earbuds, meaning the things that stick in the ear and get wireless signals.
0:20
That just sounds like fraudulent advertising.
speaker_1PANELIST
0:43
Yeah,
0:45
they don't, because the signal, it doesn't get in very far, but talk about where it is.
0:50
We're talking about the acoustic nerve, we're talking about the brain.
MichaelHOST
0:41
Dr. Davis, because it's so important, would you like to go into a little bit more detail about EMF's impact on sperm viability and function and with the current evidence on how wireless radiation might affect human male fertility? You sort of mentioned it already, but a little more detail on it.
0:59
I'm happy to give you a few comments, but first let me just say We have to recognize that when it comes to what is evidence in this field, industry has captured the flag.
1:10
They have, and now much of the peer review, the few journals that are relevant, there's been a real effort to discredit and dismiss science that shows damage.
1:24
You have to acknowledge that.
1:26
And even despite that, we have found that research that's been done in Europe principally has shown damage to sperm.
1:36
Our colleague Suleyman Kaplan in Turkey has repeatedly shown that prenatally exposed animals will develop smaller testes with lower sperm count.
1:52
Now the mechanism that may be relevant here has to do with the mitochondria.
0:00
welcome doctor uh thank you so much it's it's a pleasure to be with you and um thank you for um to the organizers for for putting on this meeting um i'm i want to add that in addition to dr chamberlain who is the new president of environmental health trust we're joined today by dr robert brown a senior diagnostic radiologist And I'm going to be sharing my talk with them today.
0:29
And we'll begin by our overall presentation today is on making the invisible visible, which is the focus now of the work of Environmental Health Trust under the leadership of Kent Chamberlain as president and Robert Brown, vice president for scientific research and clinical affairs.
0:49
Joseph Sandry, who is our vice president and general counsel, is not joining us in this presentation today, but that makes up our senior leadership team, along with vice president for administration, Sharon Kenimwe.
1:07
As you heard, we've published a book called Disconnect, which is in fact available on Amazon, and I hope that you will share it with your colleagues.
1:18
It is now full of updated materials, including a preface by the former president of Microsoft Canada, who has joined us as a member of our board of directors, Frank Clegg, and practical solutions for how to engage in safer technology by our former executive director, Theodora Scarrato.
1:43
thrilled to be working with Kent Chamberlain, who is the past Chair and Professor Emeritus of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of New Hampshire.
