That's a great question.

And it's a really tough one to answer because there's nothing consistent about it, right? Like it is a case by case situation.

determination and I would not have blown up my family.

I didn't think I was blowing up my family by protecting my kids, but there was never any question, right? So if my kids hadn't been abused, I wouldn't have confronted anybody.

I wouldn't have done it.

I wouldn't have told anybody anything because it wasn't necessary.

And I think that that is like the next thing of like my worth, because it's like, am I going to put myself in that situation? So I'd love to hear your kind of like catalyst or like how you define self-worth through the shift that you've experienced.
