Uh, talk to me about MTSS, but I'd love to hear, you know, speci- specifically through the lens of, like, high-impact tutoring, and you might give a little foundational too of, like, that work that you're in right now and how it, how it connects would be great.

So at Catapult, I'm the head of teaching and learning as you mentioned, and really what that means is I have the awesome responsibility to create, um, programs that support students who are struggling typically in reading or math.

Um, and we're seeing kids, small groups, three or four kids, three to four times a week, 20 to 40-ish minutes depending on, you know, grade level kind of ability to attend to, um, to the task at hand, right? So it's really focused, uh, focused intervention, and when we do those things really well in a short period of time, we're able to see months and months of additional learning.

Yeah.
