The claims, I

think, were appropriately restrained, frankly.

And overall, I think there's a lot of excitement and enthusiasm around regenerative medicine, including nanofat, but maybe not as much evidence.

And so this paper, I think, is a step in the right direction towards establishing evidence over enthusiasm.

And so I really applaud the authors for that.

I think one of the issues with the paper that I had when I read it is, you know, all experienced plastic surgeons know that final scar maturity occurs at 12 months, not six months, which is what this paper went out to.

That's a bit of a problem.

Dr. Singh, what are some of the recommendations you have for your patients to aid the healing of abdominoplasty scars, and what is the earliest you would even offer a scar revision for any patient seeking to improve their final cosmesis?

What stood out to me right off the bat that we have to tip our hat to is this surgeon's huge experience.

So I think it's something wonderful that it was presented, especially with those videos and, and illustrations, really gives us a good idea of how this is done, and truly I would be happy to try it out.
