What happened? Why are you no longer with that Trump organization that did all the media and Truth Social and all that?

Well, I think the clear thing is, is that I'm, I had two jobs, so I took a company public, you know, I left Congress to build, build true social, to basically get our voice back.

If you remember, we, many of us were kicked off of social media, you know, some permanently, some, some half the time, you know, that was the original mission.

Uh, then we had to fight through the sec to get the company public.

That, you know, that was a long process, you know, very unfair process, but we won that fight.

And then when the president won election, he asked me to chair the intelligence board in the White House.

And so I effectively had two jobs and at the time I said, look, I'll take this job, but it's going to be tough for me to do two jobs.

Where are you at?

What are we to make of those revelations?

So John, let, let me try to unpack this.

What I would first say is, you know, we ran a decade-long investigation in the Congress into China, and so this new bombshell that you just dropped is very concerning to me, and it should be to the Congress even today, that this information likely was around in two thousand and nineteen, probably in two thousand and twenty.

I don't know.

We're gonna have to-- we're gonna have to unpack this and figure out why this didn't get to the Congress and why this didn't get out to the American public.

Clearly, this is, this is a scandal that's brewing, and I'm sure gonna-- you're gonna continue to track itUm, I should also say, you mentioned Director Ratcliffe.

As you know, I chair the President's Intelligence Board.

Our intelligence community has this air, or had, I guess I should say in the past, had this air of insouciance, and they, either they didn't care, or they did care, and they knew, but they didn't care about the implications because politically they felt like it would help them, which it doesn't.

What are we to make of those revelations?

Um, we didn't do that.

We d- we went down the windmill and solar panel, uh, you know, rabbit hole.

Uh, meanwhile, China did the opposite.

They're building coal plants and- and big nuclear power plants.

The- th- this technology, nuclear fission- uh, I mean fusion, was, um, you know, discovered at the same time as most of the other discoveries, uh, that were made.

Right.

Yeah.

... because President Trump needed a new company.

In fact, he didn't need a new company, but we had no way to get our voices back, so we had to build True Social.

Uh, that was a, a monumental task.

Uh, we did it all without big tech.

We did it with our own technology, proprietary technology, and now we're, we're open globally and we stream globally and we have a, you know, very sophisticated team of software engineers.

Industry, what brought this on?

The Trump media, I would say, was not started because President Trump needed a company.

It was started out of a necessity.

And what was born is that a technology company.

Yes, we're social media, but we built our own technology.

Now that that has been determined, now that that's been figured out, is this a technology that could ultimately replace fossil fuels and other forms of electrifying America?

I think this is a perfect opportunity for True Social to go in the same direction.

This is as, as that narrative is leaking out in 2016, in July of 2016, that the Clinton campaign is putting out there about Trump's ties to Putin, Brennan goes and briefs Obama right around the 1st of August, 2016.

So then fast-forward, we receive a briefing, uh, from the FBI and the DNI, all the intelligence agencies after the election, so this is around Thanksgiving of 2016.

When I say we, sorry, at the time, I was chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, we were briefed that there was nothing unusual, that, that Russia, China... you know, nothing unusual that doesn't happen on a daily basis.

My question is this: knowing now what we are learning, and knowing and, and discovering all of this evidence that proves everything that you said was correct and everything that we reported was correct, do you believe there is a case for a grand conspiracy, and who do you think the people are that are most vulnerable to being held accountable?

... to Washington, DC and New York City.

It became, you know, in that kind of corridor between Washington and New York, and anyone who wanted to be someone had to do time in Washington, DC, and then you become essentially serving those masters that everything reports to there.

And that's gonna be the toughest role that I think, uh, both with the Trump CIA and Trump FBI will be to, to refocus, to get people out of Washington, DC, and back out in the field.

I mean, I spent a lot of time overseas, uh, you know, working with, uh, you know, just the, the different intelligence agencies, and I will tell you, the people that are overseas, for the most part, are phenomenal.

They're patriots.

They're warriors.
