Would you be able to tell us briefly distill your 40-minute lecture into a minute or two for the pod.

I will give it my best shot.

So my focus was more on the BOM, capital T, capital B, rather than disarming more generally.

And I was obviously inspired by the fact that the BOM has been relevant, not least in unilateral attempts to disarm iran but also the idea that there's a rearmament going on so my interest in particular was about the bomb as a distinctive weapon not only because it is uniquely catastrophic although it is my interest was more in that For an object bent on world annihilation and destruction of the planet's ecosystem, the bomb has quite a good name.

It's credited with winning a world war, it's starred in many movies, it won an Oscar.

And the reason for that is the second sense in which it's distinctive, and that connects to the fact that it is responsible or seen in some way as constitutive of world order.

So I'm interested really in the bomb as constitutional artefact, and the lecture was very much focused on interrogating that.

But what do you do to take your mind off international law? What do you do to unwind, relax? Do anything else?
