This whole tour, again, speaking of what I loved about, you know, seeing Coldplay, Gustavo, that relationship, and them being willing to just do something that, you know, reflected his story, that's very similar.

in conversation i mean we just we were we're true brothers i respect the man he is um i see him you know there's so many there's so much good he does and i see the intent when we first connected it felt like brotherhood just off top when we first worked together for my original commission which was with the atlanta symphony but after that it was like no we we have to keep this energy going how do we do it And we just sat on it for about a year, you know, and it came up to that centennial, not centennial, 20 year anniversary of his album Thug Motivation.

And it just started as a conversation.

Hey, man, how do we harness this energy? Let's do something cool that reflects this brotherhood, that reflects, you know, even this sound and this marriage of, you know, a thing and symphonic with it.

So, you know, as you being the like the middle ground, you know, the gatekeeper, the arbiter in between them, how do you go about managing that? Like in general, you know, what's the, you know, this orchestra is used to this, this rapper's used to this, you know, how do you, how do you go about, you know, being, being that middleman in that way?
