Tell us about that book and then tell us about the re-release and tell us all

about it.

Yeah, so the first original book, it's called The YouTube Formula.

It was a Wall Street Journal bestseller.

We had Mr.

Beast do the forward of it.

And the goal was, hey, I have a passion project that I'd like to do, put more of my energy and time to.

Because it's free, it generates most of its money where? From Amazon? Or how does it get money?

[laughs]

[laughs] Well, but, but what I'm saying with yours, I, I would now take it back, back down to saying, okay, you, you pretty much know your audience.

You know what they're gonna respond to.

You know almost...

You can almost anticipate it because you have, like, 14 years, almost 15 years' worth of interaction with them that you can pretty much say, "Oh, this is what's gonna work really well." And it's not...

It has nothing to do with demographics.

Demographics is, like, who's showing up, right? But it's the way that you communicate.

What are what are what is your advice for content creators keeping everything safe, keeping everything locked down? and making sure that, you know, to the best of their abilities, that they're not making themselves vulnerable when it comes to their YouTube accounts.

And so just maybe to start, kinda introduce yourself if people don't know who you are, and how you kinda got into being involved with film and video and all that.

Yeah.

So for me, I was obsessed with films and television at a young age.

Uh, watched The Empire Strikes Back, uh, when I was a kid, and just kinda, "Man, I just...

I wanna do something in this space." Didn't know what that was.

And around the same time, there's a lot of, uh, ad campaigns that were happening, um, you know, on TV, and really fell in love [clears throat] with, uh, the ad campaigns.

And I just couldn't get enough of it.

Like, what kind of metrics can you use to figure out what you might need to tweak?
