Like what is that thing that you've seen cut or you've cut yourself that was the people side decision, but the guests could feel?

Yeah, well, I have a very direct example because my background is QSR.

And so I had an ice cream store, right? And there's a really interesting phenomenon that happens when you're in the ice cream business, which is a little unique.

You have very specific times and times of day when you are going to be very, very busy.

And then you're kind of like dead throughout the rest of the day, right? And so frequently there was this trade-off of how big do I let the line get to before I will add more staff.

And there's this really, it's a constant push and pull because, you know, every staff member that you're adding, they're not 100% efficient because it's a small shop and they're bumping into each other.

And you can only get your line through, through the, business like fast enough, right? Like the guests can only move and make their decisions at a certain pace.
