And I guess I'll kick it off and I'll ask you, kind of in your words, what is warfighting readiness to you in your formation? And how are you trying to attack warfighting readiness?

Well, first to me, warfighting readiness for the battalion is that I have to have a team of soldiers ready to go at any time they're called.

For being on the National Guard, it's almost any mission.

With our homeland mission and our LISCO fight, we really can't just focus on one thing to be ready.

And so having that trained team ready to go, but for engineers specifically, having quality equipment.

And I know as an aviator, we go to war on our equipment more than individually.

You need those dozers and that heavy equipment to really accomplish that mission.

You know, I know you can't speak for everybody, but generalizing a little bit, what was the overall sentiment from those that were on the deployment? Did they enjoy it? Did they learn something new? How did it – and kind of a two-part question here – did it enhance warfighting readiness? Yeah.
