That's the point that stands out to me in this story as well, is finding out a week prior, what's the normal process for the city inspecting these buildings? And is it normal to do it like a week before season start?
2:05
Well, we have no control over the inspection process, so we don't even know when it's actually occurring.
2:11
The arenas would know that information themselves, but we believe that these issues were known after the season ended last year.
2:21
So they had plenty of time between spring and summer to start addressing these concerns, and nothing had happened until two days prior to us having to submit our game ice into Hockey Winnipeg.

So give us, I guess, an estimate or whatever you do know of how many teams, how many ice times, and what the fallout is.
3:22
Well, basically we plan on around 600 hours of ice at arena per season.
3:27
So that generally encompasses our most of our younger age groups like the U9, U11, where we have half ice, shared ice type situations.

A lot of our practice and game ice is also scheduled out of there as well.
