Eel Pout plays at the Commonweal Theatre in Lanesboro through November 1st.

My name is Derek Dalsid.

I'm a writer, filmmaker, and actor in Moorhead, Minnesota.

M. Christie is a playwright here in town who has put together this program called Dog's Body Drama, which is a playwright incubator to help give local writers feedback and hopefully get these plays produced.

And he wrote a play called Living the Dream, which is about employees at four different businesses trying to get through their day and not go crazy at the end of the world.

The theater community in Fargo-Moorhead in general is, it's thriving.

There's quite a few theatrical groups in town.
