And I think they all see if they don't get involved, and we, and we can't grow our workforce, that ultimately results in less sales for them.
17:06
Absolutely, yeah.
17:07
If we're not, if we're not buying the machinery or, uh, investing in what types of materials out there and stuff, we all need to, uh...
17:15
And also showing new products and stuff and showing what's out there, and that has been brilliant.
17:19
A lot of people, to me this has always been, like, certain products I'm showing have been there.
18:26
Right.
18:26
The quality is there, the guarantee is there.
18:29
Uh, we also have the runners, also a lifetime guarantee.
25:56
If you've given the client a price, and then they've said to you potentially, "Well, can you give us a breakdown of costs?"
26:04
We try our best to not use certain products, certain materials.
26:07
If it's my own personal client, I'll stay away from chipboard as much as possible.
26:11
I don't like the product, and I, I like the Finza, I like the, say it before, I like the, the size of the material that's o- one person can manage it, and it's a stronger core, et cetera.
26:22
Uh, we are doing a current job which has come through a designer which is chipboard, but when I have, we'll say for your question, if I have my own customer coming to me, I always say, "Look, I've got three to four tiers in my, um, pricing strategy, and, um, it, all the internals will always be the same quality, um, throughout.
26:44
It's the only thing that changes the price is, is the door styles and if you're adding LEDs.
26:51
And they're the only two things that really fluctuate in the price.
31:51
Um, just elaborate how important it is, do you think, for young businesses or even tradespeople who are trying to grow a business about terms and conditions.
10:37
Does the tattoo have the Derek Barrett logo on it?
10:40
Yeah, that's my Derek Barrett tattoo.
10:43
I invented tattoos.
10:45
But yeah, it's happened that way a lot on Instagram for sure.
10:49
And you can clearly see, but there's no one, don't get me wrong, there's no original ideas out there, but everything, that's what social media is for.
10:59
I always say there's no point following seven and a half thousand people.
11:02
You want to follow people that inspire you and make you want to push and give you ideas and how you could evolve the ideas and make them work in your line of business and stuff and I'm a big fan of that I'm a big fan of showing everything and I love smart solutions and smart like coming up nowadays houses are getting smaller rooms are getting smaller you need to be smart to how you have there's all these gadgets out there now that allow you to pull down beds and pop out corners and I'm a big fan of all that kind of stuff and of course people are like I've seen things big in America they've done these little like bifold doors or stuff that are made by themselves with normal door hinges.
15:13
So I mean, what do you think, though, about whether sharing our ideas and work online is an overall positive or negative for our trade?
