If you're setting your stall out for a draw against a superior team like Brazil, how would you go about that?

Well, I think that Scotland in the past have dealt with it in different ways.

And we've probably been... unsuccessful in the last two tournaments because of it we've tried to defend and try to get that draw um now people could say oh just go out and attack and and try and get it maybe that is the way that we have to go this time no one expects us to draw the game no one expects us to win the game If we'd come out and attack, then we're going to leave space for the Brazilians.

We're going to have to be very good in 1v1 situations, which, you know, with a Brazilian talent, we'll need to be 2v1 in our favour defensively.

But when we get that opportunity to attack, then we have to attack in numbers.

And if we do attack in numbers and we leave space... technically we'll have to be very good at probably creating a foul against the Brazilian opposition when they're on a counter attack because we've got no choice but to go and try and win the football match and Scotland in the past as I've said have tried to defend and have been unsuccessful at it so It's our first World Cup for 28 years.

Well, that's an interesting one, Scotland team in 86.
