I
3:02
was young.
3:03
I had no idea.
3:04
I wanted to silence it.
3:06
I just could not cope anymore.
3:08
I had come to my limit.
3:10
Unfortunately, my father tried to have me charged, which was basically laughed by the police.
5:33
So it's only been
8:19
So where do you want to belong?
8:22
Okay, so that memoir was written because at the time when I wrote it, I've actually written a follow-on book that just came out a couple of weeks ago.
8:34
I wrote that because I believed that I was running from my problems.
8:39
So I ended up leaving Australia and ended up in Canada and travelled to Canada and New Zealand because I never liked Australia because Australia for me was a place of pain.
8:52
My borderline didn't really hit me until I left Australia.
9:00
I started questioning things.
9:02
I started feeling down upon myself.

is is not healed is the one that um you put a little bit of salt and it starts to burn so it's not it is is not it's not the this car that is there that you can put salt and it's okay you just wash it is what salt is the trigger is the is the wound itself that that really hurts so how how do you share the information that you said that um people can live fully without with no shame just a being themselves the authentic selves and they are not sick they are not nothing to be you say they can speak their raw truth without fear
20:12
So this is, you know, what is it? Why did you create it? And what impact are you hoping it has?
20:20
Okay, well, it started many, many years ago, probably about 10 years ago, I was in New York City and I walked into this shop and all it had was letters on a wall.
20:33
So letters of hope, dismay, lost loves.
20:40
So these are letters that won't be going to their recipients, but the general public can read.
20:45
I have never felt so emotionally alive.
20:49
I had goosebumps up my arm, hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
20:55
I walked out with tears rolling down my face.
25:53
looking back why was it important for you to get your journey or get your story out there
