And I always want to be careful when we talk about permitting reform and the need for new infrastructure to make sure that people don't think I'm criticizing FERC.

I actually think FERC has done a phenomenal job in trying to get infrastructure projects approved and certificated.

The problem is not at FERC.

The problem is in the sort of the follow-on litigation and things that slow down the process of actually getting that pipe into the ground, which is why I think that the seven county case that came out of the Supreme Court a year or so ago was really important in clarifying the scope of NEPA.

Our current FERC chairman, Chairman Sweat, I think is doing a phenomenal job in trying to and making sure that seven county is implemented so that projects can be advanced.
